She is a skilled executive coach and mentor and is highly experienced in working with senior leadership teams and managing high impact projects.

Brid is an experienced Project Manager, managing Intrinsic Management's projects and programmes across a variety of industries in the public and private sector.

She is involved in all projects from conception to completion. She has a very broad business knowledge having worked in the manufacturing industry, service industry and the public sector.

Brid has wide-ranging experience in liaising with key stakeholders, collaborating across local and global functions.

Brid is a qualified CPA Accountant with over 30 years experience. She is highly skilled in corporate accounting and practice in Ireland, the UK and Australia.

Louise is Programme Researcher and Designer. She designs and researches programme content. She has over 20 years experience in training and development and headed up our office in Canada from 2018 - 2021.

She has been involved in and co-ordinated the ‘roll out’ of communications programmes for entire organisations both in the private and public sector. Louise designs and develops a wide variety of programmes including organisational surveys and 360° analysis programmes.

She has experience working with multinationals, semi-state bodies, government bodies and financial institutions.

Rosie is a Visual Artist working in visual communication and visual narrative using 2D, 3D and time based media.  She has over 20 years experience as a theatre designer, illustrator and designer, alongside 8 years as a lecturer. Rosie was a Teaching Fellow lecturing in Theatre Design and Installation Art at Royal Holloway, University of London

Fiachra is an Executive Assistant with Intrinsic Management.

He has worked on projects focused on organisational culture and bringing “values to life.” He has been involved in company off-site projects, from development to delivery. Fiachra is responsible for managing Intrinsic Management's online resources and IT.

He is currently studying Law & Business at Trinity College Dublin.
