Building Personal and Team Resilience

To have a resilient team you need resilient individuals. Generational differences, life and work experiences all contribute to our level of resilience. Thankfully resilience isn't something you either have or haven't or something you are born with, it's something you can build and develop. We give people tools and methodologies they can use in their day to day life to help them to cope with whatever life throws at them.


Facilitation of Team Days

A key objective for Team Away Days is for people to think laterally and strategically about the business. To do that, it requires a level of creative and innovative thinking. Some people feel very comfortable in this space, others find a more linear way of thinking easier to apply.

The structure and approach to these sessions are creative and from the outset assist people in that ‘outside the box’ thought process. This is balanced with clear 'output K.P.I.'s' to ensure there are tangible actions at the end.


Performance Differentiation/Management

We focus on creating personal and collective responsibility for the delivery of performance. It’s a combination of ‘what we do’ and ‘how we do it’. To be an effective Team Lead you need certain skills, approaches and understanding in order to get the best out of you and your team.

360° Analysis

The purpose of a 360° is “analysis” and “plan of action”. Analysis of current competencies and a plan of action to maintain certain attributes/competencies and to build on and develop others.

A 360° programme is a developmental process and in our experience a very positive one. We create 360˚ assessments tools that are specific to your company.
