Our Core Aim

To make a tangible difference for an individual, a team or an organisation. It may seem idealistic, but we’ve worked really hard at making it a reality for many people and businesses. We were established in 2007 and our business has grown through our clients, unprompted, referring us to their colleagues and to other organisations. With that level of support comes a level of responsibility to ensure we consistently deliver. That responsibility means we have to constantly look at what we do, how we do it and can we do it differently and better. Our co-founder Mary McGuire has over 25 years in the training and consultancy business, and some clients have stayed with her throughout that entire period.

Our Clients

Intrinsic Management works across the public and private sector. We work with a variety of industries- aircraft leasing, financial services, healthcare, motor, education, professional service firms, SME’s and not for profit organisations.

Confidentiality is core to how we operate, so we don’t reference clients names in any communications. When you work with us, our focus is on you – the individual, the team or the organisation. It’s never about us. This means you won’t see your logo, picture or quote on our website. Our clients, gratefully, are available to provide personal feedback on their experience of working with us.
